So apparently the Halliburton connected with HSOA is actually an investor relations firm and not the Halliburton we all know and love:

haliburton is an investor relations company. no relation to dick cheneys former employer. halliburton gets a fee for serving as investor relations for small public companies. no story here.

I tried to go to the website but my browser went nuts informing me that it contained malware:

That's kind of like opening Vick's Doggie Day Care....or Plaxico Firearms Training....or Nagin's Leadership University...or the Winehouse Rehab Center....alright I'll stop.
