Is Nagin going 911 over 311?
If you happened to catch Inspector General Cerasoli on WWL radio yesterday morning...he made an interesting comment. He said the City's lawyer is currently challenging his power to issue subpeonas.

he's caling out the city attorney's office, yo. they won't even answer public records requests, why would they want to answer subpoenas?

uhhhh, because they would stand in contempt of court, yo? a basic difference between a FOIA request and a subpoena.
