It looks like the mailing of the letter will be delayed. Those who have already signed (118) voted to hold off on mailing it and to gather more signatures. They are of the opinion that with 330,000 population, we should have thousands signing who are concerned about the "statistics" on crime and Nagin and Riley's response to daily headlines.
