So much going on...

...you may have missed this little story...

Signs point to possible Ray Nagin federal probe

I've been told that Frank Fradella has been spotted roaming the streets of our fine city in the past few days.  That can only mean one thing and that thing is most likely not good news for Ray Ray.

Something wicked this way comes.

Possibly...I don't think they even need him.

no, they dont need him. if anything marshall could be a liability as he is a lying, thieving scumbag. just odd that he was charged so late in the game.

I think it makes sense if you consider that Fradella has been holding out. If he has finally started talking, I'm sure there are a couple of low hanging apples they will pluck just for posterity's sake. Or Marshall may have info on something unrelated....I'm just speculuating....I don't know for sure.

Bella Luna was not able to reopen after Katrina because the French Market didn't get fixed for years. I have heard the contract finally got let to Frank Fradella and HSOA. Why the delay? Why did HSOA get the job? Where there any undisclosed payments? Inquiring minds have wondered for years ...

It was absolutely delayed, but it was also turned over to Benetech when Fradella got tagged by the Feds. I've posted on this issue numerous times. They were purposely delaying the renovations in order to force people into bankruptcy and lose their leases on prime spots in the French Market.

If you're looking for conspirators there you should start with the president of the board at the time. His name ends in a vowel the same as Fradella's.

the french market contract was originally benetech's (under the associated contractors label), that benetech sub was purchased by HSOA.
