Mr. Fantastic must have run out of plastic

...now he's bouncing checks?  That's so pre-2000ish.

Aaron Bennett jailed for bond terms violation

A court filing today says New Orleans resident Aaron Bennett was wanted in Mississippi on a charge he bounced an $11,080 check at a Gulfport casino where he was gambling in November 2011.
Bennett was prohibited from entering a casino or gambling while he was free on bond.
My, how far we've fallen.  To think...he was giving that much in poker chips away to Dark Yoda just a few years ago.

I wonder if he's in OPP.  If he's in population, I doubt he still thinks this is a game.

I doubt he's in OPP since his crime was federal, but I do believe they lock up the fed guys pending trial in St. Bernard. If that's the case I'm sure he's having more fun than a barrel of monkeys.

I doubt he's in OPP since he plead guilty to a federal crime, not a state one. As I recall, however, they tend to house the fed guys pending sentencing in St. Bernard, so I'm sure that's a barrel of monkeys.

This stuff is still really serious and so far, most of the people you wrote about are still at large and, apparently, still loved and defended by their idiot friends.

But God, this is funny. Thanks for the laugh and the link.

I already know the back story on this old thread of yours, so it does not give me the kind of headache that the Wisner stuff does.

That is like trying to get up to speed on a Mexican telenovella that has been running for 25 years.

Maybe a video version of the Wisner story with Vaseline on the lenses and a lot of fake tears and weird music featuring harmoniums would help me out. Who should we put in the "sexy maid" costume?

I spent 34 days in solitary confinement at "The Windsor Court St. Bernard", courtesy of "The FEDS", before successfully having the spurious charges against me dismissed after two (2) years of fighting "Lettenemgo" and his personal "S.S." Bennett is in for a real treat. He'll hear "the 'N' word" more in a few days than he has ever heard it in his life, and it won't have been uttered by Caucasians (he may be the ONLY Caucasian inmate in the place). Since he won't be sentenced until November, they may move him to a permanent Federal facility, but I don't know about that for sure. He WILL lose weight, though, because the food is UNPALATABLE, by and large. Ashton O'Dwyer.

Just heard the November 13th sentencing has been postponed to December 18th. The Feds will have a tough time using him as a creditable witness given the Federal Magistrate has publicly refuted his credibility.
