This letter was sent to Judge Barbier's court today from BP counsel:
BP Letter to Barbier, Jan. 21, 2014
BP clearly knows a lot more about possible issues with Duval, Fisher, Odom, Juneau and possibly even Judge Duval and Magistrate Judge Shushan than what the last Freeh report revealed.
Keep in mind that Odom and Duval's deposition was not provided to Andry, Sutton or Reitano upon request. However, Fisher's was provided.
There's a lot going on right now that I'm trying to iron out but I find it curious that BP did not mention the page 60 firm in this letter. It's clear they are still going after Juneau but they seem to be adverse to addressing the PSC firm mentioned in the first report.
More coming....
Oh...and in the meantime...per Kevin...can anyone name all the folks in this picture?
It was reportedly snapped at a ritzy wedding at the Chanticleer on Nantucket island, September 13, 2003.
Happy hour on me to the first person who can name these dapper dans.

If Freeh were to hand over any of that information with out prior approval from the court, would that not be a complete and total violation of confidentiality, not to mention there must be some law that breaks. Looks like BP is trying to get some more ammo for their PR campaign.
Duval, Juneau, Fayard, unknown

Man this is playing out like a Godfather movie all the appointed children of the Bayou Litigation Cartel are starting to get wacked. The only problem the assassin assigned AKA (Freeh) only bitch slapped the elite power player’s family members when BP wants to see bodies swinging from the gallows. With the recent request of documents, Freeh will now need to produce a few sacrificial lambs. Just wait and let’s see who shows up next Bp ads.
But the PSC did one thing right they install protection and guarantees for the retirement plans of the Godfathers running the show, no matter what happens. Exhibit 27 4.e reads: If the effective date under the economic agreement occurs, the BP parties will (irrevocably) pay the remaining balance of the common benefit fee ECT… $600,000.0000 (Six Hundred Million Us Dollars)
Many here on the AZ, as well as many on the other less-enlightened and less-informed "news media," have reasonably raised concerns and tempers over the fact that Mr. Freeh's law firm has done some work with a law firm that represents BP in this spill litigation. It is obvious those concerned are understandably focused on that business relationship, however tenuous it may be. Even the mere appearance of impropriety can instill reasonable concern and anxiety.
IMHO, the photo above, which I personally took, might also heighten the level of concern and anxiety of the man on the street. After all, it's a photograph of close, personal friends. Hell, it may actually make some people very happy to see their class counsel has such an enduring relationship with a judge and a special master who are involved in the BP litigation/settlement/criminal prosecution. That's also understandable.
Given the nature of the blog article above, the photo seems pretty darn relevant.
I truly hope somebody has the courage and integrity to find and post a picture of Louis Freeh with BP executives.
Jason: thank you and the AZ for having the balls and integrity to ask the difficult questions and to find and publish the truth from both sides of this very complex and important matter.
It would be Awesome to see Judge Stanwood Duval, his corrupt son David Duval and Janet Daley Duval, Impeached,Indicted and Convicted.
Ashton O`Dwyer Where Yah At?
You gotta be lovin` this!

Kevin, The post states that the picture was taken in 03 , but it looks more like 13. Is 03 correct?
The 4th guy is Bollinger, on the right, correct? The other 3 have been correctly ID'ed by a prior comment

PS over Bollinger's shoulder is Coleman Adler, for completeness' sake

Now that we know, is the way back machine and the AZ a political looper device?

was that link worth a drink?
If you dare drink with a zombie.
Bollinger of Bollinger Shipyards. What craziness abounds. Conflicts everywhere.
Today BP filed a motion for all of the information requested in the above letter. They claim they are entitled to more than the "non-parties" (Sutton, reitano, andry and Lerner). Interesting choice of words. Since they basically make the same argument for discovery as andry and Lerner, I guess they wanted to give the judge a reason to grant their motion while still denying andry and Lerner's. Waste of paper. Since when does this judge need a reason to violate due process or the federal rules?
