Ray Nagin is calling Lee Zurik as a witness. Speculation abounds that he will question Zurik about Jim Letten and other US Attorneys giving him confidential grand jury testimony so Zurik could report on it as a way to taint Nagin.
Great soundtrack. Random immediate thought: Right hand in pocket means he's hiding something. So say the circa 1970's books on body language that I read back in the day when I was stuck in bad girl camp. You're welcome.

So many questions, so little time.
1. Do potential jurors read your blog, starting now?
I suppose that's a question that Jenkins needs to be asking, huh?
Isn't that why defense attnys get paid the big buckeroos?
I still think there's a chance Nagin can beat this case. Not as good of a chance Heebe had, but still a chance.
