damn...the rumor mill is churning.
Rumor 1: Nothing surprising to me...they will never deal with the problem correctly until they approach it on a cultural level. The can throw as much money as they want at it, and it won't resolve the problem, until they understand the culture of the children in the school system.
Rumor 2: Typical...makes me madder than a hornet
Rumor 3: I don't even know what to say about that. If this is true ...it's fraud...and very depressing news...it's a barometer for the current state of the city. I guess the big question is what the ad sales are being based on. Yikes!
