500k cash infusion? Was it city money? Who authorized that? I thought Meffert didn't own a yacht....why is he meddling in MYHC's affairs and why was there an RFP proposed and pushed by board member, Lynn Carthon (sic.), but subsequently shot down by Councilperson Midura because the deadline date was such a short time? What was the RFP for?
