Anyway...word is that Harrison Boyd is now lawyering up. Don't know what significance that has....but now you know.

Paragraph 8 of the Fields affidavit says that Boyd gave White one "set of discs", as in plural. Could the emails for 3 or more persons (Midura, Head, Fielkow, maybe Thomas, maybe Clarkson, maybe others) fit on 1 DVD or 1 CD (they describe it as "CD's"), so maybe copies *were* made? Also does anyone know if the emails of Jeffrey Thomas (office of recovery) and the councilmembers' staffers, which were also requested in Washington's letter, were handed over? It's been stated in the news that for some reason Clarkson's were not handed over. Why was Boyd telling Fields this on 2/28/09, a Saturday?
Did Boyd who is from all appearances from out of town really get personally involved in all this?
The city seems to be seeking a second bite at the apple in front of Ledet when it comes to the deletions. Do they really think this is all going to go over Ledet's head, that they think she will just conclude they've done all that can be done in terms of identifying files? Or will she in fact be all the more angered when she has to deal with their new motion and the city comes forward to argue that now that 141 emails (wow, thanks) and the calendar (probably never really missing) have been "found" (whoops, they had forgotten to check his hard drive, whaddyaknow) that somehow she will forget the exchange files (and who knows what else) were still nonetheless deleted and they just forgot to clean up after themselves?
As part of the Ledet case is anyone going to be compelled to come forward and be made to say who actually did the deleting and who actually ordered it?
Also, why does the TP report that Medley has ordered Washington to keep all emails under wraps - wasn't she supposed to delivered all of her copies to him?
One other question: IF Medley had ordered the original discs deliever to him (did he, or did he get a copy?) it would be pretty simple to see the create date on those files because that would be a pretty important date in all this.
Question: Does anyone know who this other person named in the restraining order was? Tionne Simon? WDSU is now reporting that they can find no information other than the name being linked to a P.O. Box...The plot thickens...
The sparks flew about 30 minutes ago when Rev. & Police Officer Dyson went on an all out assault on Stacy Head in the City Council chambers. NOPD had to be brought in to escort him & his large friend out of the building.
Ms Head was routinely threatened by Rev. Dyson during the verbal assault. I worry about her well-being and his mental stability. This Rev. needs some mental help ASAP.
