I have formally requested a detailed explanation of the voting process in Orleans and Jefferson Parishes from Secretary of State, Jay Dardene's office.
48 hours and no repsonse.....but that's reasonable...I suppose.
I'll keep you all updated.
Shouldn't this process be documented and posted to the public?
and hey....if I don't get an answer in the next 72 hours...would you please help me bombard his office until they they provide a detailed explanation?

Hope you sent it certified mail, return reciept request otherwise they might claim they never recieved your request. An email won't suffice as it must be in writing and mailed.
Give us the instructions for bombardment, and we will gladly oblige.
