Calling all engineers

I can't possibly decipher this scenario.  I'm just not qualified.  But I'd appreciate it if those of you who understand the physics of it could take a look.  Thanks.

Sorry about the sideways view but I can send you a .pdf and you can rotate it if requested. Much love.

The Oil Drum explains the most important illustrations. Note they also have a link to the congressional site which has it rotated properly.

The biggest mistake that BP talks about in the slides is their casing design. It's totally, totally fucked. There's a good chance of losing the wellhead, which would be a nightmare scenario and would make completing the relief wells much, much harder.

How is it that BP can choose not to disclose dispersant ingredients under "proprietary" ? Doesn't OSHA require Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) on all materials used? Help AZ!

If you right-click on the BP slide show, the menu that will come up allows you to rotate clockwise, then you can scroll through the pages.

Great work as always, thanks!
