Mr. O' Dwyer

I have to admit I've only casually looked into the Ashton O'Dwyer story.

My interest is increasing.  I spoke with Mr. O'Dwyer on the phone today and I plan on taking a harder look at his claims.  The videos he has produced are rather complicated and if you don't have a basic background on his story, it's even harder to follow.  Nonetheless....here is his latest offering:

There are so many miscreants in this O'DWYER fiasco that need to to be punished and prosecuted ...

I would suggest we start with 'sista satan' KIM BOYLES, a partner with PHLIPS,DUNGMORE, who represented the ENUCH partners at Lemle,Kelleher to have Ashton (a 40 year partner at LK) not only removed as a member of that law firm, but set up to be disbarred !!!

Trust me ... the day is coming ...

Dambala, something that is really interesting - and also a cool part of New Orleans trivia - is the batture property issue.

O'Dwyer or his family used to own batture property literally right on the New Orleans line. When you have some time to explore the city one day, go to the end of Oak Street at River Road (Leake), and as soon as you hit the old levee, the one that runs north along Monroe Street, look to your left in the direction of the river. You will see a simple concrete path. Park on teh side and walk up there and then onto the bike path on top of the levee. There are some really cool (and I am guessing very valuable) personal, residential properties RIGHT ON THE RIVER. O'Dwyer claims these properties have been taken from him by the Parish. They do not fall under the basic JP Assessor online system (no address or property description, right?) so basically what he claims to be their seizure falls under the radar. It would be really, really interesting to find out who owns this property now and how they came to get it.
