HOLY COW the same Pearlie Elloie who teamed up with Vernon Shorty and a few others who stole over $3,500,000.00 dollars (3.5 million dollars) from HUD and the City of New Orleans in the scam now known as the Desire Community Housing Corporation????
I don't know a lot about it...can you fill me in? I'm not kidding...I don't know as much as people think I do so I appreciate any information you can provide.

If you more clearly demonstrated that you needed money to perpetuate your work here at AZ because without the money, the work wouldn't get done, I'd think you'd be rolling in dough by now. After all. we apparently live in that sort of universe now.
