Bowling Pin gets knocked down again

Former city tech chief Anthony Jones pleads guilty to taking kickbacks from city vendor

Taking cold, hard cash from St. Pierre....damn.  The Ciber funded trips are one thing but this is quite another.  St. Pierre is certainly out on a limb, there's really no one left for him to roll on....or is there?
